The Book of Mormon is published in 109 languages, and many of them are available in multiple formats online.
In March 1830, 5,000 copies of the Book of Mormon were printed in the E. B. Grandin print shop in Palmyra, New York. From that humble beginning, today the Church prints over 3 million copies a year on large web presses. Over 160 million total copies have been distributed since 1830. Truly, this important witness of Jesus Christ is beginning to cover the earth.
Today, all or part of the Book of Mormon has been translated into 109 languages. 86 are translations of the full book and 23 are translations of Selections from The Book of Mormon, which is approximately one third of the full book.

Where do we get mobile ?
Grant,
I checked with the people who coordinate the translation of scriptures, and they confirmed that there is no mobile version yet in Bulgarian.
Sorry to be so slow to respond.
Larry
I’ve updated the list above to remove “mobile” from Bulgarian.
Your site lists that the Book of Mormon is available in Catalan in PDF. Where on the web can I access and download that PDF. I know there has been a print version of the Catalan language Book of Mormon since 1981.
Please help.
Thanks.
Lincoln,
The LDS.org team has not yet added the Catalan language to it’s language list (see https://www.lds.org/languages?lang=eng ).
Once they do, we can post the PDF of the Book of Mormon.
Larry
Thanks Larry for the reply. I hope in the next not too distant future they add the Book of Mormon in Catalan electronically. I would like to study it in conjunction with the notebook feature on lds.org. I will be patiently waiting 🙂
I am looking to download a Book of Mormon: English – Russian PDF so I can keep the version on my IPAD. I was able to find such a copy, but was unable to download it, I had to find it every time I wanted to use it. Consequently, I had to find where I had last read to, not an easy way to.do it. Is there a way I can download the PDF and have it permanently on my device?
Also on serbian language, where to find pdf version of Book of Mormon
Aleksandar,
The LDS.org team has not yet added the Serbian language to it’s language list (see https://www.lds.org/languages?lang=eng ).
Once they do, we can post the PDF of the Book of Mormon.

When will the Book of Mormon be available in the Tuvalu language?
Tagaloa,
I’m not aware of any plans for the translation of the Book of Mormon in the Tuvalu language.
Larry
Tagaloa, there are no current plans for translation into Tuvaluan.
I was told that there was an Esperanto translation done pre-1983, but that it has been waiting to be corrected ever since then. The church should put it online, and the Welsh one should be too.
The Esperanto translation was apparently done by a member(s) and not the Church. The Esperanto isn’t a priority for the Church right now.
We anticipate that Welsh will be available soon. We are in the process of creating a language page on LDS.org to host it.

My name is Elder Jonathan Walker. My wife and I recently returned from serving the Russian Novosibirsk Mission. Working with Elder and Sr. Nelson from the Vladivostok Russian mission. We recently completed a project which involved members and nonmembers to produce an audiobook of the newest translation of the book of Mormon in Russian. This means there is now an audiobook available in Russian. This project included over 500 hours or audio footage and thousands of hours of editing to produce. The audiobook files are available for the public for free download from a public sky drive at the following link.

Please help us share this incredible resource.
The text was read by a native of a Vladivostok Russia. Missionaries performed the audio editing and file assembly. The sky drive is managed by Elder and Mark Nelson.
Thanks,
from everyone involved in the project

Jonathan Walker, could you please post again the link to the Russian audio recording of the Book of Mormon? The one listed above doesn’t work.
Thank you!!

Are there any plans for the BoM to be published in Dinka? We had some Sudanese people baptised. They could speak Arabic but can’t read it.
Lynda,
There are no current plans to translate the Book of Mormon in Dinka.
Larry
Hi,
You only have a PDF version of the Igbo BoM but it looks like it was generated electronically (rather than from a scan). Could you please tell me who has access to the raw files from which the PDF was generated? I would like to create my own electronic versions of the BoM with the raw text.
Thanks.
Bill,
I’ve emailed you contact information for the Church Scriptures coordination office.
Larry
Is there a audio recording of the Book of Mormon in Russian available anywhere?
