A new movie, The Oath, releases in theaters tomorrow. It is a partially fictional depiction of the end of the Book of Mormon depicting Moroni, the last person to write in the Book of Mormon.

The movie takes place in 400 A.D. in ancient America, where Moroni, a lone Hebrew fugitive, must preserve the history of his fallen nation while being hunted by a ruthless tyrant. The Oath is a tale of faith, honor, and life after death underscored by the universal message of freedom.

The movie is rated PG-13 for non-gruesome violence. It was written and directed by Darin Scott and stars Darin Scott, Billy Zane, Nora Dale, Eugene Brave Rock, and Karina Lombard.
