Since 2001, more than 100,000 members have benefited from the Perpetual Education Fund (PEF), a program established to help Church members obtain an education and become more self-reliant.

To enable even more members to gain access to educational opportunities through the PEF, several enhancements to the program have been approved. These include the consideration of longer vocational programs and some university degree programs that lead to jobs in demand as well as financial options that can make loans even more affordable.

Learn more about the Perpetual Education Fund (PEF) in this article or talk with your bishop or branch president who may learn about the new program enhancements from the area Welfare and Self-Reliance Services offices.
