gospel-learning-app

In partnership with Book of Mormon Central, Kevin Prince (the creator of Gospel Lessons) has created a new Gospel Learning mobile app. The app is completely free and is available for Apple and Android devices. It is also online at GospelLearning.org. It is still in beta, but as an LDS365 reader, you get early access to begin using it now.

If you search on the internet for answers to gospel questions, you could find the wrong answers from people with devious motives. But if you use the Gospel Learning app, you’ll find answers you can trust.

The Gospel Learning app has indexed over 4,000 LDS videos and video segments on over 5,500 topics. When you select a topic, the videos you see are matched to you as a user, based on your profile of age, gender, and spiritual maturity. In other words, it takes the best teachers on every imaginable gospel topic and uses an algorithm to match them to you to help you better understand the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Watch this introductory video that explains the Gospel Learning app:

The Gospel Learning database includes videos from many of the best gospel teachers including those from Book of Mormon Central, Doctrine & Covenants Central, Scripture Gems, Unshaken, Line Upon Line, Gospel Lessons, Saints Unscripted, Messages of Christ, and Strive to Be, as well as many Church publications such as general conference, BYU Speeches, and others from the various Church channels.

The app is a safe place for members of the Church to get trusted gospel answers.

  • Learning Tracks. The Gospel Learning app also has “Learning Tracks” that help you learn about gospel subjects from a variety of teachers.
  • Social aspects. You can follow others and friends and family can follow you. You can see what others are studying and you can earn badges as you study, learn, and share the gospel.
  • Classroom. This section lets you enter lessons you want to teach and then share a code with class members who can enter the code and see and interact with the lesson. Watch the video “How to Teach More Effectively at Church:”
