payment-requestOrganization presidencies in wards and stakes who need to submit requests for reimbursements can now do so online or on the Member Tools app. With this process, you upload a photo of the receipt and submit the request for yourself or others.


Organization presidencies can log in to Leader and Clerk Resources at and click the Finance menu item and then click the Payment Request tab to enter the payment request. You can then upload a photo of a receipt or drag and drop it from an email.

Member Tools

Tap More, then Finance, and then Payment Requests. You can then use your camera’s phone to take a photo of a receipt and submit a payment requests for your organization.


Note: To see these new menus in Member Tools, you may have to update the software. To do so, tap More, then tap Update, then tap Manually Update. Then, tap Settings, and tap Refresh Data.
