Serial killer Ted Bundy’s last message before he was executed about the powerful, deadly effects of pornography.

This is an effective video in expressing the effect that pornography has on serial killers. There is no doubt that pornography is a dangerous addiction. I recently read that nearly 40% of US citizens struggle with some form of sexual addiction. That’s roughly 120 million people.
I believe an important thing to consider, however, is that sexual addiction rarely leads to violence and even more rarely to serial killing. For Bundy to claim that pornography was the sole reason for his crimes is ludicrous. There were other elements at play. We cannot allow criminals to blatantly blame their crime on pornography addiction as an excuse for their actions.
People involved in pornography addiction should not be looked at as monsters. They are generally good people with a terrible monkey on their back. They need help and the link above along with the resources of the church are the best way to overcome their addiction.
Mike, Well said.
Thanks.
Larry
Take it from a real life sex addict. My addiction to pornography and other sexual behaviors has led me to do things that I never wanted to do, and never want to do. Nothing criminal, but shame producing in the extreme. It makes you feel terrible about yourself, and you loathe yourself for doing it and swear you will never do it again, time and time again. But when the urge hits, there is no stopping it, your entire mind switches and it sounds like it will be the best thing ever, and time and time again you believe your own lies that it will be different and enjoyable. Then when it’s over, you are left with the wreckage of your behaviors again and again, and the most deep pain and shame I’ve ever known.
Bundy’s one time attorney wrote in His book,Devil’s Defender, that Bundy told Him that He(Bundy)was lying about pornography and was trying to buy another stay of execution.
