Google+ (pronounced “Google Plus”) is a free social networking service offered by Google for sharing and discovering.

I often post information to my Google+ account about new LDS materials and also ideas about technology and social media. If you want to see those posts in your Google+ stream, just add Larry Richman to one of your circles.
What has been your experience with Google+? If you’re like me, you’re still figuring out how to use Google+ in addition to (or instead of) Facebook. Facebook and Google+ have different cultures–perhaps a function of Google+ being new, or maybe it will persist. It seems to me that Facebook is more laid-back and fun, like a backyard BBQ, with casual conversations. In contrast, Google+ posts and conversations seem to be a little more formal, longer in length, and packed with images and video.
