Light the World is a special invitation from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ by sharing His light with others during the Christmas season through acts of kindness.
The Church has published a page of Light the World resources for 2026. On that page, you can do the following:

- Download a list of ideas to add Jesus Christ’s light to your Christmas traditions.
- See ways to help a friend add light to their traditions.
- Learn about Light the World giving machine kiosks where you can donate shoes, books, or even a chicken to someone in need.
