The recent version 5.4 of the Member Tools app provides the following:
- Family Section on Profile. Members can now see a list of their parents and children, even those not living with them, on the new Family tab in their profiles.
- Selecting a Unit to Introduce a Friend. Members can now choose from specific units for their friend’s location when submitting the form to introduce them to missionaries.
- New Activity Sharing Tile. Members can now tap on the Activity Sharing tile that takes them to the ward page where they can see and share public events with friends.
- New Online Donations Tile. Members can now tap the Online Donations tile that takes them to the online donations page where they can make donations and view prior donations.
- Record and update callings. This can now be done directly in the app.
- Government Certifications. View and record government certifications (where applicable) for working with children.

The new version appears to limit my Directory to my home Ward only. I can’t search Stake or other wards. I am a Seminary teacher of 3 combined wards and can’t get phone numbers for parents in the other wards.
You can still see it, it is just in a different place. In the Home Screen there is a search function on the bottom center. Hot search and you can change wards there.
Select the three dot menu. Select the arrow pointing to your units name and you should get a drop down list of all units in the Stake.

Same! I can’t see anything except my own ward. No idea how to fix it.
The feature has been moved. Looks like you have to click the 3-dot menu on the directory, then the top option to select another ward.
You can tap Search icon at the bottom of the screen and choose which ward you want to search and find people in other wards in your stake.
You can select other h it’s forem the three dots on top.
