You can print one for each member of the family to refer to all year as we study the Doctrine and Covenants in Sunday School.
Thank you!
Here are some maps from John Hamer produced for a history of the Community of Christ…this covers the period of 1820-1844. While these maps aren’t correlated with the D&C, they do provide a geographic overview of important places in the early church.

A good resoruce to learn about life in America in the 1800’s is The History and Geography of the Mississippi Valley by Timothy Flint. Published in the 1800s this book has a clear description of religious camp meetings. This title is accessible through Google Books.
The Harold B. Lee Library at BYU has a printed copy in the L .Tom Perry Special Collections, call number F 351 .F6 1828, as well as a microfilm version Z 1236 .L5 1971 no. 13193. But the fastest way to find this title is through our online services, in this case Sabin Americana 1500-1926. Search the online versions using the word “camp” to find the relevant section.
