What are the requirements to volunteer?

Each volunteer must be able to commit to the following:

• Welcome all people regardless of individual circumstances.
• Provide joyful interactions with guests.
• Follow the Spirit to determine individual needs for all of God’s children.
• Be self-motivated, willing to help anyone, and make decisions in the moment.

Additional requirements include the following:

• Serve for a minimum of 8 weeks.
• Most roles require standing for many hours.
• A variety of shifts will be available to choose from.
