I’m working in Indiana with our immigrant population. I’m looking for .ppt docs to instruct my students how to create accounts and use the tools that the church has provided. But everything that I find is for those who are 1. computer saavy, 2. Educated, and 3. looking for fluff… like the “Watch short instructional videos on how to customize the Member Tools home screen on Android phones and Apple iOS iPhones.” portion of this page, the videos are fluff.
Can you consider creating a series of videos that will help the under-educated user? I can translate it, or explain it… but I’m trying to make these .ppt’s myself… whew. Since my accounts are already made, it’s hard to create an account from scratch without doing it on a new device with a new member. Thne, there are issues with them not keeping their emails or phone numbers… because they don’t understand tech, they create a new account each time they forget the password, or get a new phone.,.. it’s a very overwhelming propsect.
