The Church provides the full text of the Bible, Book of Mormon, and other scriptures online free at scriptures.ChurchofJesusChrist.org where you can also listen to a high-quality audio recordings.
Just go to a chapter of scriptures, then click the icon with audio headphones in the bottom right of the screen. You will then see controls along the bottom of the page where you can play, pause, switch to a male or female voice, and adjust the playback speed to double or triple speed. You can also choose to download MP3 files to play later offline.
The page Translations and Formats gives additional information about the scriptures and provides links to the scriptures in over a hundred languages.
