I have been trying to sign into FamilySearch as a new customer. I keep getting the message telling me that I already have a account and it will no let me enter. I must of done something wrong with entering my initial information? I do not know what it is. I do not know how to get around this problem without your help. I do want to set up an account with FamilySearch. Is there a way that FamilySearch can completely delete my offending information, so I may try entering it again?
Please delete my old information, so I may try to set up a correct account with FamilySearch. If I have to contact FamilySearch my telephone, I will be more than happy too! I have a lot of family history information that I would like to enter into your database. I would also like to volunteer Indexing.
