As special witnesses to the world of the divinity of Jesus Christ, the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles published the document, “The Living Christ: The Testimony of the Apostles” on January 1, 2000. Commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ two thousand years ago, living prophets and apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints shared their testimony of Christ.
On March 11, 2019, the current First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles recorded their testimony by reading this document on the grounds of and inside the Rome Italy Temple.
