Ward and branch leaders in the United States and Canada need to order their 2016 curriculum materials by September 30 to ensure their arrival by January 1, 2016.
Here are some key points to remember:
- For a list of materials for Sunday classes in 2016, read my article.
- To guarantee on-time delivery, please order materials by September 30, 2015 at store.lds.org.
- As appropriate in your ward or branch, encourage members to use digital versions of curriculum materials rather than printed copies. Most curriculum materials are available online at lds.org/manual or on the LDS Gospel Library mobile app.
- Quorum and auxiliary leaders should help the ward clerk determine how many printed copies of materials to order. They should assess what printed materials are already available in your ward or branch and then order printed materials only for members who do not use digital versions.

Half of my ward’s Sunday School teachers wish they had printed manuals, but for the fourth year running that is not an option. It’s too bad the LDS church has lost the capacity to print Sunday School manuals.
Are you referring to Come Follow Me SS Manuals used with the youth or the adults scriptural based course? I know the youth curriculum in CFM is quite dynamic and changes with each conference with new material, links, and videos being added. For that reason I can see why the Church wouldn’t want to be locked in with a manual that can’t be updated. The NT manual we’ve been using for adults has been around for years. Do they not make those available anymore?
