Where do you go to find quick, authoritative answers to gospel questions? One great resource is the Gospel Topics section of the Gospel Library on LDS.org (shortcut: gospeltopics.lds.org or topics.lds.org). This section offers brief explanations to many Church doctrines and practices. You can browse through the hundreds of topics, or click Answers to Questions on the left (shortcut: answers.lds.org) to search on a word or phrase.
Another handy reference is the section of the Newsroom titled Core Beliefs: How and Why Are Mormons Different? which contains answers to basic questions like the restoration of the gospel, the plan of salvation, the purpose of temples, and the missionary program. Although this section is geared toward the news media, it provides concise information on basic beliefs.
The online version of the Encyclopedia of Mormonism also provides a wealth of information about the restored gospel in almost 1,500 articles. Although this is not an official publication of the Church, it does cover a wide-range of subjects.
MormonWiki.com is also a great resource for finding info about church topics:
http://www.mormonwiki.com/
MormonWiki dot COM is a good site. Be forewarned that MormonWiki dot ORG is an anti-Mormon site that attacks the doctrines of the Church.
I’d like to give a plug for http://en.fairmormon.org as a great site for exploring answers to difficult doctrinal and historical questions in a faith-affirming way.
In Moses 3:9 it reads that the tree of life was planted and also the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
My question is, did the Lord plant 2 separate trees??? I ask because someone the is very knowledgeable in the gospel has told me that they are the same, only one tree!!

Skip – some people also think God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost are a single entity. Based on information presented during the Temple ceremony, I believe these are 2 distinct trees / bearing completely different fruit from each other.

Does anyone know a good site to ask missionaries questions about the gospel and then get and answer? Thanks
Bri, just go to http://mormon.org, and then click Chat in the upper right corner. You can ask the missionaries any questions you would like.
Why in the Gospel Library music app, not all hymns such as How Firm A Foundation are not available in the app? Thank you.
