On September 1, 2026, reservations will begin for tours of the renovated Salt Lake Temple. The open house is scheduled for April 5 through October 1, 2027,  where you can walk through the renovated Salt Lake Temple before it is rededicated.

How to Get Tickets

Beginning September 1, you may reserve tickets for the temple open house tours through TempleSquare.org and the Temple Square app (available for Apple and Android users).

• Tour times. Tour times are scheduled from 8:40 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 8 p.m. on Sundays throughout the six-month celebration.
• Number of tickets. To accommodate as many visitors as possible, you may reserve up to 6 tickets. You can submit a reservation request if you need more tickets for larger groups, including family reunions, Church groups, or community organizations.

If you are unable to get tickets for your preferred date or time, more tickets will become available through future releases.

Reservations are recommended for the open house tours but are not required for other events during the Salt Lake Temple Celebration.
