The Church has completed the project to digitize all 2.4 million rolls of microfilm with the records of more than 11.5 billion people from around the world. These are now available to the public online.
For 83 years, the Church has been collecting and using microfilm records. All those are now available digitally to anyone who has a computer and internet connection.

This is so wonderful! I have high hopes that those of us have been stuck finding particular ancestor family, will have a greater chance in finding the clues found in the Microfilm. Do you know if these resources are ready to access on Family Search, and how to get to them?
Can we access DGS films online?
To view the now completed digitized parish records is it available from our home or it is necessary to visit a Family Search Center.
I found a book that I wanted to view on the FamilySearch website, but it is still in Microfilm form. How can I request to see it at my local FamilySearch center?
I have church records for st pauls episcopal church 1833-1915 film number 1509416 items 10-12 7857266 LDS Librarian of West Des Moines Iowa could not down load this digitalized version. Has it been done yet or does someone have to come into salt lake lds libary to view it on microfilm?
